BaneSpeed Shipping Policy

BaneSpeed uses preferred shipping methods that get your products to you ASAP, while still providing multiple options to best accommodate your receiving desires as much as possible.

  • No hidden fees or additional delivery charges
  • You pay what you see at checkout
  • Package tracking will be provided very shortly after your product ships

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not skip to all countries at this time.  We currently only ship to USA (all 50 states) and Canada (for most items).

Shipping Methods

We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and in some cases LTL/Freight.  Please note that you will be provided multiple shipping options at checkout.  BaneSpeed will make its best effort to provide the lowest shipment price options to you, but in some cases there may be errors in the costs.   Due to the backend calculations based on the product, shipping address, local destination restrictions, weather conditions, etc you may see unexpectedly high prices.  These may or may not be in error, but please be sure to notify us so that we can rectify the situation ASAP!  In some cases, we may have made an error in the weight or other descriptions for a given product or service.  Once again, we would appreciate any feedback that would help us to help you in receiving your order.

LTL/Freight shipments

  • Freight items cannot be returned.
  • Refused or undeliverable freight shipments, for reasons other than carrier damage or improper products shipped will be the receiver’s responsibility – being responsible for the cost of the original shipment and return (if necessary) – including any additional fees or charges.

Late, Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • It is your responsibility to inspect your shipment when it is delivered. If you see that the package or product is damaged in any way we highly recommend that you take pictures and refuse the shipment.  If not, you are opting to accept responsibility and a refund will not be applicable.
  • Please allow an appropriate amount of time for the delivery to be made. We know you are excited to get it as early as possible (so are we), but please use your tracking information or contact us if you have not yet received your tracking information more than 24 hours after your shipment notification.
  • If your shipment has been lost, please contact us with your order information  so that we can try to assist.
